Reesave is a mobile application that transforms videos into organized practical guides using AI. This SERVICE is provided by Reesave and is intended for use as is.

Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error in the app, we collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when using our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data which are commonly used as anonymous identifiers. They are sent to your browser from the websites you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

Some materials in a guide may show a "Buy" link to a product or a search on Amazon. As an Amazon Associate, Reesave earns from qualifying purchases. Using these links never costs you more, and you are never rewarded for tapping them.

To pick the right Amazon store we use the country of your device's language settings; it is sent with the request and not stored in your profile. When you tap a link we record which material, guide and store it was, linked to your account, to know which recommendations are useful. Amazon opens in your browser or the Amazon app and may use its own cookies under its privacy notice; we do not receive anything about what you buy, only aggregated earnings reports from Amazon.

Searching and Asking Your Guides

When you search your guides or the Discover catalog, the text of your search is sent to the Google Gemini API to understand what it means, so that a guide can be found even when it uses other words or another language. We do not store the text of your searches: to avoid repeating work, we keep a one-way fingerprint (hash) of it for up to seven days, which cannot be turned back into the text.

When you use "Ask your guides", your question and the content of the guides of your library that are relevant to it are sent to the Google Gemini API to write the answer. Only your own guides are used, never those of other users. We do not store the text of your questions or of the answers: we only count how many questions you ask each day, to apply the daily limit (this count is deleted after two days), and record technical usage (such as the amount of text processed) linked to your account. Answers are generated automatically and may contain mistakes, so please check them against your guides.

This Service may contain links to other sites. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of these websites or services.

Children's Privacy

This Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete that information from our servers immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.
