Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Reesave application (the "App"), you consent to these Terms of Service. Discontinue use immediately if you disagree with any provision.

Service Overview

Reesave is a mobile application available on Android and iOS that transforms videos from platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Pinterest into organized step-by-step guides using Artificial Intelligence.

In-App Purchases and Import Credits

Reesave offers optional in-app purchases through the Apple App Store and Google Play (the "Stores"). Payment, billing and refunds are handled by the Store you buy from, under its own terms. We never receive your payment details.

• Import credits. A credit lets you import a guide without watching an ad. Each new video you import into your account uses one credit at the moment it is imported. Importing a guide you already have does not use a credit. If you have no credits, the import works as usual: you watch an ad or save the guide to unlock it later.
• Free credits. Some packs include free credits on top of the ones you pay for. The total shown before you buy is the number of credits you receive, free ones included, and both kinds work the same way.
• Welcome pack. The welcome pack can be bought once per account, and only before your first purchase.
• Guides waiting to be unlocked. Credits can also unlock guides you saved to unlock later, one credit per guide.
• Failed imports. If an import paid with a credit fails, the credit goes back to your balance automatically.
• Unlimited imports. The unlimited purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks every import without ads and without using credits, for as long as your account exists and Reesave offers the service. "Forever" refers to the life of the service. It is meant for personal use: we may limit automated, abusive or commercial use.
• What credits are. Credits and unlimited access are a licence to use a feature of the App. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, sold, transferred or moved to another account. Credits do not expire while your account exists. If you delete your account, unused credits and unlimited access are lost and cannot be recovered.
• Restoring purchases. Purchases are linked to your Reesave account. On a new device, sign in with the same account and use "Restore purchases" with the same Store account.
• Refunds. Refunds are requested from the Store where you made the purchase. If a purchase is refunded or reversed, the credits or the unlimited access it gave are removed. Credits from a refunded purchase that were already used may be deducted from your future purchases.
• Right of withdrawal. Credits and unlimited access are digital content delivered as soon as the purchase is completed. If you are a consumer in the European Union, by completing a purchase you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once it is delivered. This does not affect the refund policies of the Stores or your statutory rights.
• Prices and promotions. Prices are shown in the Store in your local currency, with applicable taxes included, and may change. Promotional discounts, such as seasonal campaigns, are temporary and do not change the price of earlier purchases.
• Changes to the service. If we stop offering credits, unlimited imports or the App, we will give at least 30 days' notice. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.

Privacy Policy

App usage is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains data collection, usage, and protection practices.

User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate, current information and are accountable for all account activities. Users are responsible for protecting their account credentials.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content accessible through the App, including text, images, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Reesave or its licensors and is protected under Spanish and international copyright law.

Restrictions on Use

Users cannot damage, disable, or impair the App or interfere with others' use. Unauthorized attempts to access any service, account, computer systems, or networks connected to the App are prohibited.

Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access immediately, without notice, for any reason including violations of these Terms.

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by Spanish law without regard to conflict of law principles.

Modifications to Terms

We may revise these Terms at our discretion. Significant changes will be communicated 30 days prior to implementation.
